Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. 

In the case of backordered or out of stock items updates will be given regarding fulfilment.

For custom made items products may take between 3-8 weeks to arrive.

We will make every effort to deliver to PO boxes. Please understand this is not always an option.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking will be shared upon order fulfillment.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Duty and Tariffs imposed on imported goods will not be at the expense of the customer. The customer will be responsible for taxes at the jurisdiction of destination.

Damages

Do not sign for any visibly damaged packages. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
